Historic Family Retreat:
Church Hill was built in 1848, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the farm is the birth place of Texas Legend Sam Houston. In 2001 Church Hill was used as the setting for several scenes of the Warner Bros. movie “God’s and Generals”. It’s an amazing place to gather with family and friends. With so much space inside and outside to spread out you and your guests don’t need to be from Texas or history buffs to fall in love with this home!
